Refund and Returns Policy

Welcome to Quitysarees. We take pride in the quality of our sarees and aim for 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
The product must not be part of our non-returnable items list.

📦 Important: Please do not send any product back without prior confirmation from us.

Non-Returnable Items

Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered
Customized or made-to-order sarees
Gift cards or vouchers
Intimate or sanitary products

Partial Refunds May Be Issued For:

Items with visible signs of use
Products not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error
Returns requested after 30 days of delivery

Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned saree, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
⏳ Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t been received yet:

Recheck your bank account
Contact your card provider or bank (processing may take additional time)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items on sale or discounted are non-refundable, unless they are damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

Defective
Damaged during delivery

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift voucher or coupon will be issued.

If the gift was shipped to the giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

🚚 Note: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of prepaid return shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund total.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
